Ordinance approving and authorizing the Execution and Delivery by the City of Montgomery of a Funding Agreement and the Issuance of a related General Obligation Warrant of the City in connection with the Issuance of approximately $27,000,000 in principal amount of Limited Obligation Revenue Bonds, Series 2015, by the Montgomery County Public Education Cooperative District to fund a portion of the costs of Various Public School Capital Improvements, and related matters.
